How do I order?

The size on the tag is not the size that I ordered.

The sizes as advertised are determined by us and correspond with the correct international sizes.

The item that I want is sold out.

We aim to please at Miscellany and if you drop us an email, we’d be happy to notify you when more stock arrives or do our best to get our hands on just one more especially for you.

I follow an international blogger/instagrammer/pinner and would love to get my hands on something that I’ve seen on their page.

We’d love to source these items for you. Please send us a mail with a link to the webpage or a picture of the item that you’re coveting and we’ll see what we can find.

PAYMENT

How do I pay for my order?

At this stage, Miscellany only accepts cash on collection or EFT payments. Orders requiring courier, must be paid in full upfront.

What are my shipping options?

  1. Collection – by arrangement
  2. Courier – delivered to your door for R45.

When will my order be dispatched?

Collections may be arranged as soon as the same afternoon.

Orders requiring courier must be paid in full upfront. These will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days following receipt of your payment confirmation.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. You can track your parcel by following THIS LINK.
